People v. Bradford

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, Second Department
Oct 31, 1983
97 A.D.2d 551 (N.Y. App. Div. 1983)

Opinion

October 31, 1983

Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Vetrano, J.), rendered December 11, 1980, convicting her of robbery in the second degree, upon her plea of guilty, and imposing sentence. Judgment affirmed. We have reviewed the record and agree with defendant's assigned counsel that there are no meritorious grounds which could be raised on this appeal. Counsel's application for leave to withdraw as counsel is granted (see Anders v California, 386 U.S. 738; People v Paige, 54 A.D.2d 631; cf. People v Gonzalez, 47 N.Y.2d 606). O'Connor, J.P., Weinstein, Bracken and Niehoff, JJ., concur.
