ORDER

Christopher M. Murray, Judge, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), orders:

The motion to show cause court reporter Jacquetta Smith R 6472 is treated as a motion to extend time for filing the transcripts and is GRANTED. The time for filing transcripts is EXTENDED to October 17, 2023.

Further, the Court on its own motion pursuant to MCR 7.210(B)(3)(f), orders that court reporter Jacquetta Smith R 6472 is ASSESSED COSTS of $100 as a sanction for her failure to file the transcripts in a timely manner or move for an extension. The costs shall be paid to the Clerk of the Court within 21 days of the date of this order.
