THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, RESPONDENT, v. JAVON BOYD, DEFENDANT-APPELLANT.


PRESENT:

Appellant having moved for an extension of time to file and serve a pro se supplemental brief on the appeal taken from a judgment of the Oneida County Court, rendered June 25, 2013,

Now upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the time to file and serve a pro se supplemental brief is extended to April 22, 2019, and

It is further ORDERED that respondent shall file a brief in response to the pro se supplemental brief, if any, on or before May 7, 2019, and

It is further ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the appeal is removed from the calendar for the term of this Court commencing on April 1, 2019, and

It is further ORDERED that the appeal shall be added to the calendar for the term of this Court commencing on May 13, 2019.
