Sameerah Ordered that motion is granted to extent of granting appellant leave to appeal as a poor person. Robert S. Dean, Esq. of Ctr. for Appellate Litig., (120 Wall St., 28th Floor, NY, NY 10005, Tel # 212 577- 2523) is assigned as counsel for appellant to prosecute appeal & to serve without compensation. Ordered that upon service of a copy of this order upon the Department of Probation, said Department is authorized and directed to provide assigned counsel with a copy of the pre-sentence report prepared in connection with the defendant's sentencing, including the recommendation sheet and any prior reports concerning the defendant which are incorporated or referred to in the report.
