Appeal from a judgment rendered by the County Court, Kings County, sentencing appellant, after he had been found guilty by a jury of robbery in the third degree, to serve from 5 to 10 years, as a second felony offender. Judgment unanimously affirmed. (See People v. Mussenden, 308 N.Y. 558, 561, 562, 563; People v. Legacy, 4 A.D.2d 453, 455.)
