ORDER
On order of the Court, the motion for immediate consideration is GRANTED. On further order of the Court, we VACATE our June 21, 2024 order directing oral argument on the application for leave to appeal the August 17, 2023 judgment of the Court of Appeals. It appearing to this Court that the cases of People v Czarnecki (Docket No. 166654) and People v Taylor (Docket No. 166428) are pending on appeal before this Court and that the decisions in those cases may resolve an issue raised in the present application for leave to appeal, we ORDER that the application be held in abeyance pending the decisions in those cases. The motion to remand to the Court of Appeals is DENIED.
