THE COURT:

It is ordered that the opinion filed herein on June 24, 2003, be modified as follows:

On page 18, the fourth sentence of the third full paragraph, beginning "Bottomley took a Viagra pill," is deleted and the following sentence inserted in its place:

Bottomley took a Viagra pill, took his backpack with a gun inside, and went to meet her.

There is no change in the judgment.

The petition for rehearing is denied.
