ORDER

On order of the Court, the application for leave to appeal the May 13, 2021 judgment of the Court of Appeals is considered. We DIRECT the Macomb County Prosecuting Attorney to answer the application for leave to appeal within 28 days after the date of this order, and to specifically address the harmless error analysis employed by the Court of Appeals with respect to the venue issue. In particular, the prosecutor shall address whether-assuming that Macomb County is an improper venue for Docket No. 2017-002787-FC-the Court of Appeals erred by failing to consider the effect of that venue error on Docket No. 2017-000658-FC.

The application for leave to appeal remains pending.
