Appeal by defendant from order of the County Court, Nassau County, dated April 15, 1959, denying, without a hearing, his coram nobis application to vacate a judgment of said court, rendered March 16, 1949, convicting him, on his plea of guilty, of burglary in the third degree and petit larceny, and sentencing him to the New York State Reformatory at Elmira, on the burglary count, and suspending sentence on the larceny count. Order affirmed. No opinion. Nolan, P.J., Ughetta, Christ, Pette and Brennan, JJ., concur.
