DECISION & ORDER ON APPLICATION
Application by defendant, pursuant to CPL 450.15 and 460.15, for a certificate granting leave to appeal to this court from so much of an order of the Criminal Court of the City of New York, Queens County, dated December 12, 2016, as denied the branches of defendant's CPL 440.10 motion seeking to vacate judgments rendered on the four above-referenced dockets, which has been referred to me for determination.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
