THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, RESPONDENT, v. TONY BORDEN, DEFENDANT-APPELLANT.


PRESENT:

Appellant having moved for an extension of time to file and serve a reply to respondent's papers in opposition to his writ of error coram nobis, and for other relief,

Now, upon reading and filing the statements of Tony Borden filed on April 21, 2016 and April 30, 2016, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the Clerk of the Court is directed to accept the statements of Tony Borden filed on April 21, 2016 and April 30, 2016, and

It is further ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
