An order of this Court having been entered on March 16, 2017 (M-621) granting defendant leave to prosecute, as a poor person, the appeal taken from the judgment of the Supreme Court, New York County, rendered on or about November 10, 2016, and by order of this Court, entered on December 26, 2019 (M-7724) Janet E. Sabel, Esq., The Legal Aid Society, having been substituted for the Center for Appellate Litigation as assigned counsel to prosecute the appeal; and a motion having been made, by defendant, pro se, to relieve such counsel, and for related relief,Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied.
