ORDER

Michael F. Gadola, Chief Judge, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), orders:

The motion to hold appeal in abeyance and for entry of an order allowing access to an electronic file of the jury pool data is GRANTED IN PART as provided by this order.

This appeal is HELD IN ABEYANCE until April 24, 2024.

Further, this case is REMANDED to the trial court to determine within 28 days after the date of this order whether an electronic file of the nature requested by defendant should be created and furnished to defendant's counsel as part of implementing the direction of this Court's May 22, 2023 order that copies of jury pool information be provided to the defense team at county expense. The trial court shall send a copy of the order deciding this matter to this Court within seven days after entry.

This Court retains jurisdiction.
