People v. Bonilla

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, First Department
Mar 5, 1998
248 A.D.2d 143 (N.Y. App. Div. 1998)

Opinion

March 5, 1998

Appeal from the Supreme Court, New York County (Leshe Crocker Snyder, J.).

The record does not support defendant's claim that the court's decision to impose the instant resentence consecutively to the sentences imposed in defendant's Bronx murder case was based on a mistake of fact concerning those sentences. We perceive no abuse of sentencing discretion.

Concur — Rosenberger, J. P., Ellerin, Wallach and Rubin, JJ.
