DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Nassau County, rendered August 14, 2020. Motion by the appellant for the assignment of a Spanish interpreter to assist in the preparation of a brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further, ORDERED that an interpreter will be assigned upon designation by the Administrator for the Nassau County 18-B Panel, pursuant to County Law § 722.
