Defendant-appellant having moved for an enlargement of time to perfect his appeal taken from a judgment of the Supreme Court, New York County, rendered on or about March 31, 2011, in order to supplant the handwritten portion of his pro se brief filed in September 2018, with a printed version, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of enlarging defendant-appellant's time to file his replacement pro se brief to November 29, 2019, and adjourning the appeal to the February 2020 Term.
