DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered May 21, 2010, as amended May 25, 2011, inter alia, for leave to prosecute the appeal on an incomplete set of transcripts.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that on or before June 19, 2013, the appellant is directed to file the remaining transcripts of the proceedings and to serve the respondent with a copy of the remaining transcripts; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until July 19, 2013, and the respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
