          Defendant appeals from a judgment of the County Court, Kings County, convicting him of the crime of murder in the first degree (felony murder), and sentencing him to imprisonment for the term of his natural life, and from an order of said court denying his motion for a new trial. Judgment and order unanimously affirmed. No opinion.
