Order
On order of the Court, the application for leave to appeal the July 14, 2022 judgment of the Court of Appeals is considered. Pursuant to MCR 7.305(H)(1), in lieu of granting leave to appeal, we VACATE the last paragraph of Part III of the judgment of the Court of Appeals. We REMAND this case to the Berrien Circuit Court for consideration of the prosecution's argument that the factual circumstances within the collective knowledge of law enforcement, when viewed objectively, provided a valid basis for the traffic stop.
We do not retain jurisdiction.
