The Presiding Disciplinary Judge approved the parties' Conditional Admission of Misconduct and suspended Respondent Peter Howe Blunt, attorney registration number 05408, from the practice of law in the State of Colorado for a period of three years, effective November 26, 2004. Respondent was suspended from the practice of law in Colorado effective March 3, 1998 for one year and one day. He did not apply for reinstatement and remained suspended for over five years. Respondent moved to California in 1998 and started a business there that places lawyers in corporate legal departments.
