Defendant having moved pursuant to CPL 460.30 to extend the time to move for leave to appeal from an order of the Genesee County Court, dated July 29, 2020,

Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is dismissed on the ground that an extension of time is unnecessary (see Executive Order [Cuomo] No. 202.79 [9 NYCRR 8.202.79]).
