DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by appellant for an extension of time to file and serve a pro se supplemental brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted and the time to file and serve said brief is extended to December 5, 2011. It is noted that no further extensions of time to file and serve the pro se supplemental brief will be granted absent an unanticipated excuse for the delay.
