CRIMINAL PROCEDURE, § 21requisites of accusation and descriptions contained in indictment in general. Indictment which informs defendant and jury of nature of charge so that it can be easily understood and with preciseness which will enable defendant to plead it as bar to second prosecution for same offense, is sufficient.

Affirmed. Heard in the first division, first district, this court at the October term, 1943.
