THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, RESPONDENT, v. JEFFREY BLAIR, DEFENDANT-APPELLANT.


PRESENT:

Counsel for appellant having moved for permission to withdraw as assigned counsel on an appeal taken from a judgment of Livingston County Court, rendered June 28, 2012, on the ground that the appellant has abandoned the appeal,

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Jeannie D. Michalski, Esq. dated June 16, 2016, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that Jeannie D. Michalski, Esq. is relieved of her assignment, and

It is further ORDERED that the appellant perfect the appeal on or before October 4, 2016, and in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeal is hereby dismissed without further order.
