THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, RESPONDENT, v. JAMES L. BLACKWELL, DEFENDANT-APPELLANT.


PRESENT:

Respondent having moved for an extension of the time to file and serve a brief on the appeal taken from a judgment of Monroe County Court, rendered September 24, 2014,

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Stephen X. O'Brien, Esq. dated January 17, 2017, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that respondent shall file and serve ten copies of a corrected respondent's brief on or before February 23, 2017, and

It is further ORDERED that appellate counsel shall file and serve a reply brief, if any, on or before March 10, 2017.
