ORDER

This Court's April 27, 2023 opinion and order remanded for the trial court to resentence defendant in conformance with People v Boykin, 510 Mich. 171; 987 N.W.2d 58 (2022). On remand, the trial court considered defendant's youth as a mitigating factor, in conjunction with Boykin, and resentenced defendant to 39 to 60 years' imprisonment for his first-degree murder conviction.

The remand proceedings having rendered moot any remaining appellate issues, this appeal is DISMISSED. MCR 7.211(C)(2); MCR 7.216(A)(7). We do not retain jurisdiction.
