Motion by appellant for substitution of assigned counsel, granted. The decision handed down May 1, 1961 ( 13 A.D.2d 775), is amended by striking out the designation of Comunardo Renzulli, Esq., as counsel to prosecute the appeal, and by designating Bernard Chiert, Esq., 1662 Sherbourne Road, North Valley Stream, New York, as such counsel. The appellant's time to perfect the appeal is further enlarged to the February Term; appeal ordered on the calendar for said term, February, 1962. Nolan, P.J., Beldock, Ughetta, Kleinfeld and Christ, JJ., concur.
