DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION
Motion for release of grand jury minutes and further relief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the Broome County Clerk is directed to release to Dennis J. Lamb, Esq., a copy of defendant's grand jury testimony in this matter, and it is further
ORDERED that the Broome County Clerk is directed to release to the office of the Broome County District Attorney a copy of the grand jury minutes in this matter, and such minutes shall be filed by that office with the Clerk of the Court confidentially and under separate cover.
