Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, only to the extent that defendant may file and serve a supplemental pro se brief on or before January 5, 2015, and the motion is in all other respects denied. The time to file the responding brief is extended to February 4, 2015.
