Appellant having moved for an extension of time to file and serve a pro se supplemental brief on the appeal taken from a judgment of the Erie County Court, rendered July 28, 2014, and for other relief,
Now upon reading and filing the statement of Rayshawn Bethany, dated March 28, 2016, and the affidavits of Rayshawn Bethany sworn to April 25, 2016 and May 4, 2016, the notices of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court is directed to accept the 10 copies of a pro se supplemental brief, filed on May 4, 2016, and
It is further ORDERED that respondent shall file a response to the pro se supplemental brief, if any, on or before June 7, 2016, and
It is further ORDERED that the motions are otherwise denied.
