Petition for Leave to Appeal Denied.

In the exercise of this Court's supervisory authority, the Appellate Court, Second District, is directed to vacate its judgment in People v. Berrios, case No. 2-15-0824 (04/20/18). The appellate court is directed to consider the effect of this Court's opinion in People v. Murray, 2019 IL 123289, on the issue of whether defendant was proven guilty of unlawful contact with a street gang member beyond a reasonable doubt, and determine if a different result if warranted.
