Summary Dispositions December 30, 1996:

In lieu of granting leave to appeal, the case is remanded to the trial court for it to issue supplemental findings, within thirty days of this order, with regard to whether the error found by the Court of Appeals with respect to repressed memory syndrome played a part in the trial court's resolution of the factual dispute. MCR 7.302(F)(1). See, e.g., Lemmerman v Fealk, 449 Mich. 56, 76 (1995). The supplemental findings are to address whether there was objective verification of the complainant's allegations. Jurisdiction is retained.
