ORDER

The motion to show cause Court Reporter Keva Jackson (R 5964) is DENIED. Court Reporter Jackson has stated there is no record to be transcribed from the March 1, 2022 hearing. The time for appellant to proceed under MCR 7.210(B)(2)(a) begins from the Clerk's certification of this order.

The motion to show cause court reporter Teria Carrington (R 6619) is treated as a motion to extend time for filing the October 17, 2022 transcript and is GRANTED. The time for filing the transcript is EXTENDED to April 23, 2024.
