Counsel for appellant having moved for permission to withdraw as assigned counsel on an appeal taken herein from a judgment of the Onondaga County Court, rendered May 13, 2016,

Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted, and Philip Rothschild, Esq., of the Hiscock Legal Aid Society, is relieved of their assignment, and

It is further ORDERED that the Onondaga County Assigned Counsel Administrator is directed to provide this Court with an attorney who is willing and able to accept this assignment.
