Defendant having moved pursuant to CPL 460.30 to extend the time to take an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Onondaga County rendered September 25, 2014,
Now, upon reading and filing the affidavits of Johnny Bentley sworn to June 23, 2015 and April 21, 2015, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted and Johnny Bentley is directed to file and serve the notice of appeal in accordance with to CPL 460.10 on or before August 28, 2015.
