Appellant having moved to consolidate appeals taken from the judgments of Oswego County Court, rendered July 17, 2015,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Bradley E. Keem, Esq. sworn to May 2, 2017, the notice of said motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the appeals from the judgments rendered July 17, 2015 are hereby consolidated for the purposes of perfecting and arguing the appeals.
