Lynn W.L. Fahey, New York, N.Y. (David P. Greenberg of counsel), for appellant. Charles J. Hynes, District Attorney, Brooklyn, N.Y. (Leonard Joblove and Diane R. Eisner of counsel; Robert Ho on the memorandum), for respondent.
Appeals by the defendant, as limited by his motion, from two sentences of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Foley, J.), both imposed November 8, 2010, upon his *906pleas of guilty, on the ground that the sentences were excessive.
