An appeal having been taken from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, rendered on or about July 12, 2018, and said appeal having been perfected, And the People having moved to enlarge the record on appeal to include a motion by defendant-appellant's trial counsel which sought to sever defendant's trial from the trial of co-defendant Jermaine Johnson, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted.
