THE COURT:

It is ordered that the opinion filed on October 15, 2003, be modified as follows:

On page 4, last paragraph, line 2, the word "possible" is change to "probable" so that the sentence reads:

In any case, a remand for resentencing is unnecessary when it is reasonably probable that the defendant would have received the same sentence absent the error.

There is no change in the judgment.
