By order of February 3, 2023, the application for leave to appeal the April 22, 2021 judgment of the Court of Appeals was held in abeyance pending the decision in People v Montez (Docket No. 164243). On order of the Court, leave to appeal having been denied in Montez on March 8, 2024,___ Mich___ (2024), the application is again considered, and it is DENIED, because we are not persuaded that the questions presented should be reviewed by this Court.
