DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant pro se, in effect, for leave to reargue his prior motion to relieve counsel assigned to prosecute an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered June 24, 2010, and for assignment of new counsel, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 2, 2011.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
