Defendant having moved pursuant to CPL 460.30 to extend the time to take an appeal from a judgment of the Steuben County Court, rendered March 11, 2020,

Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is dismissed on the ground that an extension of time is unnecessary (see Executive Order [Cuomo] No. 202.79 [9 NYCRR 8.202.79]).
