Supreme Court of Michigan
Dec 28, 1999
461 Mich. 938 (Mich. 1999)

Opinion

No. 114663 (12)(13)(14).

December 28, 1999.

On order of the Court, the delayed application for leave to appeal, the motion to remand and the writ for superintending control and the motion to vacate judgment are considered. The writ for superintending control is treated as a motion for production of documents, and it is DENIED. The motions to remand and vacate judgment are DENIED. The delayed application for leave to appeal is DENIED, because the defendant has failed to meet the burden of establishing entitlement to relief under MCR 6.508(D).

Court of Appeals No. 216677.
