People v. Bazemore

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, Second Department
Mar 26, 1979
68 A.D.2d 937 (N.Y. App. Div. 1979)

Opinion

March 26, 1979

Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered August 23, 1977, convicting him of two counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence. Judgment affirmed. Trial Term's factual determination that the challenged prospective juror would be fair and impartial is amply supported by the record. Damiani, J.P., O'Connor, Lazer and Gulotta, JJ., concur.
