MOTION DECISION

An order of this Court having been entered on September 17, 2019 (M-3509) dismissing the consolidated appeal taken to this Court from a judgment of the Supreme Court, New York County, rendered on or about November 16, 2016 (Case No. 2022-02204) and from an order, same court, entered on or about October 4, 2018 (Case No. 2017-2696),
And defendant-appellant having moved to reinstate the consolidated appeal previously dismissed by the aforesaid order of this Court, and to direct the People to respond to appellant's brief attached to the moving papers as Exhibit B, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of reinstating the consolidated appeals and extending the time in which to perfect said appeals to the October 2022 Term of this Court.
