PEOPLE OF Michigan v. HOUSAM J BAYDOUN

LC No. 07-003296-01-FC

Noah P. Hood Presiding Judge Christopher M. Murray Colleen A. O'Brien Judges

ORDER

The motion to file a brief in excess of the word limit stated in MCR 7.212(B)(1) is DENIED AS MOOT. The word limit stated in MCR 7.212(B)(1) is 16,000 words. The motion states that the brief is 14,504 words. The brief complies with MCR 7.212(B)(1), and so there was no need for a motion requesting leave to file it.

The motion to expand the record is DENIED.

The delayed application for leave to appeal is DENIED because defendant has failed to establish that the trial court erred in denying the motion for relief from judgment.
