ORDER

Mark T. Boonstra, Judge, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), orders:

The motion "to file amended brief on appeal and amended appendix" is GRANTED. The appellant's brief, appendix to the appellant's brief, and appendix to the motion to "remand or expand record," that were filed on September 20, 2024, are considered as withdrawn. The amended appendix to the motion to "remand or expand record" that was received on October 16, 2024, is accepted for filing. The amended appellant's brief and amended appendix to the appellant's brief that was received on October 16, 2024, are accepted for filing as appellant's timely brief and appendix on appeal. The time for filing appellee's brief on appeal runs from the denial of the motion to remand or the conclusion of the remand proceedings, if the motion to remand is granted, pursuant to MCR 7.212(A)(2)(a)(ii).
