The motion to expand the grant of review is denied.

The motion to remand the above-captioned matter to the Court of Appeal is granted. The matter is transferred to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Appellate District, Division Three, with directions to vacate its decision and to reconsider the cause in light of Senate Bill 775 (Stats. 2021, ch. 551) and People v. Lewis (2021) 11 Cal.5th 952. (Cal. Rules of Court, rule 8.528(d).)
