The order of June 19, 1997, 455 Mich. 851, remains in effect, and is to be treated as also staying the precedential effect of the July 25, 1997, judgment of the Court of Appeals, on rehearing, insofar as it held that indigent criminal defendants are entitled to a transcript of the jury voir dire without satisfying the requirements of MCR 6.425(F)(2)(a)(i). Reported below: ( On Rehearing) 223 Mich. App. 241.

CAVANAGH and KELLY, JJ.

We would grant the motion to reconsider the stay and would lift the stay.
