DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by appellant for leave to prosecute an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the Criminal Court of the City of New York, Kings County, rendered February 7, 2012, as a poor person, and for the assignment of counsel.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied without prejudice to renewal upon appellant furnishing this court with proper papers.

Appellant has failed to furnish this court with the financial information necessary to determine whether he is indigent, including the financial information left blank in his application regarding whether he has any assets and investments and his gross monthly salary.
